Losing Your Balance...
For some odd reason, I got on youtube just now to look at some video interviews of Starbucks Coffee Co. CEO Howard Schultz when I stumbled upon this video of Miss Swan from MadTV visiting her local Starbucks Coffeehouse. This video pretty much made my day, in that it reminded me a lot of the clueless customers I have to deal with on a daily basis.
